Set Title, Description, Colours and Overrides

The Data Collection form settings allow you to edit other parts of the form that are not data fields. You can access the settings panel by clicking any area on the form that is not a data field.

Terminology

Data Collection Form

Also known as the Enrolment Form. This is a form used to collect data from your users before the Membership Card is issued.

Form Title

The title displayed at the top of the form

Form Description

Text to describe the form, located under the title.

Footer

Text displayed at the bottom of the form

CSS Overrides

CSS that can be used to change aspects of the form design that cannot be set using the provided settings.


Edit the Form Settings

The form settings allow you to edit the following,

  1. Title

  2. Description

  3. Footer

  4. Submit Button

  5. Background Colour

  6. CSS Overrides

Edit the Form Title

When viewing the form designer, click on the Title to open the settings.

Enter the new text and click "Save" when done. To save the changes to the design click on the save icon.

Edit the Form Description

When viewing the form designer, click on the Description to open the settings.

Enter the new text and click "Save" when done. To save the changes to the design click on the save icon.

Edit the Form Footer

When viewing the form designer, click on the Footer Text to open the settings.

Enter the new text and click "Save" when done. To save the changes to the design click on the save icon.

Edit the Form Submit Button

When viewing the form designer, click on the Submit Button to open the settings.

Enter the new text and/or colour and click "Save" when done. To save the changes to the design click on the save icon.

Edit the Form Background Colour

When viewing the form designer, click on any text (not fields) to open the settings and navigate to the background colour tab.

Choose your colour and"Save" when done. To save the changes to the design click on the save icon.

Edit the form CSS Overrides

There may be other aspects of the form you would like to change, but can't be done using the editor. In this case you can use CSS.

When viewing the form designer, click on any text (not fields) to open the settings and navigate to the CSS tab.
