How do my customers use a Pass?

Once the Pass is added to their mobile wallet, your customers can quickly retrieve their Pass by opening their mobile wallet app. Once the user chooses the Pass, it will open up and display on the full screen.

If you have enabled locations or provided a relevant date in the Pass Designer a message will appear on the lock screen when near one of the locations or at the appropriate time. With one swipe your customer can access their Pass.

Your customer presents the Pass to you, which you can scan. Some situations may warrant a visual check only but most will benefit from a physical scan of the Pass.
