What happens if my customers' phone is lost or stolen?

If they are set up with a cloud facility on their phone such as iCloud where their information is backed up automatically then all their passes will be backed up and easily re-installed. If the customer does not have this service, as long as they entered their email address when they downloaded the pass, they will have received a Recovery Email with a link to re-install it.
