There are four pass statuses as follows,

1. Not Added - this is a pass that has been issued, but the pass has not been added to the users device (i.e they haven't clicked on 'Add' or the pass is being viewed in a browser)

2. Active - this is a pass installed (added) to a users device with automatic updates switched on

3. Inactive/deleted - This is a pass that has been deleted from a users device or the user has switched off automatic updates for that pass.

4. Invalidated - This is a pass that has been invalidated.
