When designing a membership program in PassKit, one of the key features you can customize is the profile image settings for member enrollment. This setting determines whether a profile image is required during the enrollment process. Configuring this option ensures that your program aligns with your branding and data collection needs.
The profile image settings are located in the Program Settings section under the Settings Tab in the PassKit Designer. You have three options to choose from, each impacting how profile images are handled during enrollment. These settings also influence the appearance and functionality of the Data Collection Page, where members input their information.

Instructions
Navigate to Program Settings
Within the Settings Tab, locate and select Program Settings from the sidebar or dropdown menu.
Configure Profile Image Settings
Scroll down to the Profile Image Settings section.
You will see three options for managing profile images during member enrollment:
1. Optionally allow a profile image from members when they enroll
Members can choose to upload a profile image, but it is not mandatory.
2. Require a profile image from members when they enroll
Members must upload a profile image to complete enrollment.
3. Remove option for a profile image from members when they enroll
Members will not be able to upload a profile image during enrollment.
Select Your Preferred Option
Tick the checkbox next to the option you want to enable.
Only one option can be selected and is applied for all Tiers.
Save Your Changes
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the Save button to apply your settings.
Review the Impact
The selected profile image setting will directly affect the PassKit Data Collection Page during member enrollment.
