Tiers can be used to offer different levels of rewards to your customers or to give different groups of members access to different rewards.

Step 1: To access the tier settings, head on over to the "Designs" page and click on the settings icon for the tier you want to modify.

This will take you to the tier settings page. Here, you can edit:

Just a heads up: the Program ID and Tier ID fields are non-editable, so they will be greyed out.

Once you've made the changes you need, be sure to click on the “Save Changes” button to update your settings.

And if you make a mistake or change your mind, don't worry! Just click on “Clear Edit” before clicking "Save Changes" to undo any edits you've made.
