How to access your Membership/Loyalty tier settings

This guide will take you through the tier settings, How to access the tier settings, the different options available, and a brief description of each page.

Tiers are available for both Membership and Loyalty programs

Terminology

Tier

A level within a Membership or Loyalty program, typically associated with varying benefits or privileges.

Tier Settings

The configuration options that allow users to customise the properties of a specific tier.

Designs Page

The interface within the system where users can manage and modify the visual and functional aspects of tiers.

Settings Icon

A graphical representation (e.g., a gear or cog icon) that, when clicked, opens the Tier Settings page.

Tier Name

A user-defined label for a tier, used for identification and potentially displayed on passes.

Timezone

The geographical region's standard time, used to determine the default time for passes issued from a tier.

Expiry Settings

Options that control the expiration date or duration of passes associated with a tier.

Program ID

A unique identifier for a Membership or Loyalty program (non-editable).

Tier ID

A unique identifier for a specific tier within a program (non-editable).


Tier Settings

Access the Tier settings

To access the tier settings, head on over to the "Designs" page and click on the settings icon for the tier you want to modify.

Here, you can edit:

  • The tier name - For your reference and can be displayed on the pass

  • Your timezone - Set the default timezone for passes issued from this tier.

  • Expiry settings - Set the Expiry date for passes issued from this tier.

Note: the Program ID and Tier ID fields are non-editable, so they will be greyed out.

Once you've made the changes you need, click on the “Save Changes” button to update your settings.

If you make a mistake or change your mind, don't worry! Just click on “Clear Edit” before clicking "Save Changes" to undo any changes you've made.
