This guide will show you how to create a new ticket manually. To get started, navigate to your production dashboard and click on ‘Tickets’.
Then select ‘Add tickets’ to create a ticket.
Here, you will have several options to customize your ticket as per your preferences. Once you've finished customizing your ticket, select the event time and ticket type, and click ‘Create.’
And that's it! You have successfully created a new ticket.
Once you have successfully issued a new ticket, go to the "Other Actions" menu. From the dropdown list, select the "Pass URL" option. This will generate a URL for the ticket, which can then be shared with your users. Your users will then be able to obtain their ticket through this link.
