Apple Wallet passes have the ability to display tappable links so that users can visit websites, dial telephone numbers and email right from the back of the pass.
However there are circumstances where the links on the back of the pass aren't active, meaning the links can't be tapped.
Please Note: The following limitations are set by Apple and we are not able to change this behaviour.
Opening Wallet using the side button ❌
When opening Wallet using the double tap on the side button the links won't be active.
Opening Wallet from the lock screen notification ❌
When opening Wallet from by tapping the lockscreen notification the links won't be active.
Opening Wallet from the home screen icon ✅
