Why does my bill show $US 19.75 for single use passes and $19.75 for long life passes

I only use loyalty or membership cards, but my bill also shows a portion for single use passes (coupons).

The PassKit platform subscription starts at US$ 39.50 per month, which includes the platform fee, 250 members, 250 coupons, bronze support, 24/7 access to the platform, integrations and developer toolkit, including unlimited test passes.

The reason your bill shows as a flat fee of US$ 19.75 for up to 250 single use passes (coupons, tickets, boarding passes, etc) and a flat fee of US$ 19.75 for up to 250 long life passes (loyalty and membership cards) is because we use a metered billing system with a third party, and it only allows us to split the US$ 39.50 platform fee that way.

Your billing overview (Account menu in the right top > Billing) shows how many long life and single use passes you have, and the base platform fee of US$ 39.50 includes up to 250 of each:
