This guide will show you how to add additional tiers to an existing program.
Tiers can be added to provide different levels of membership, or to provide different type of membership cards within the same program.
To add a new tier, follow these steps:
On the top navigation bar of your loyalty card program, select “Designs”.
Then click on “Create New Tier”.
Select your base tier from the dropdown menu. The new tier will be duplicated from this tier. You can choose any tier already added.
Add a name for your new tier. You can also give it a tier ID (optional). If you don’t add an ID, the ID will automatically be derived from the tier name.
Next, click on “Create” to save.
That's it! You've successfully added a new membership tier to your program.
Adding more membership tiers gives your members more options and flexibility. Remember, you can always go back and edit or delete tiers, so don't be afraid to get creative!
