When creating you membership card you will need to first create a Program and at least one tier.

Programs

A programme refers to the main name given to your Membership programme.  This could be a club (maybe wine tasting...) or other types of organisation.  This is handy if you mange multiple membership programmes.

Tiers

Tiers refer to different levels of membership within the programme.  Some examples of how tiers are used,

  1. Ordinary and Vip members

  2. Tiered membership based on cost, example, those who pay more get extra benefits

  3. Membership based on reward.  For example, the more points you accumulate means you move up or down tiers (Silver, Gold, Platinum)

Each tier can use it's own colours and images, and at least one tier is required to start the programme.
