Choose the pass type
From the project overview click on the "Create New" button.
Now shown is a selection of pre-designed options for you to choose from. We will be creating an Event Ticket.
In this case I want to create an event ticket from scratch and not use a pre-defined template so I'm going to choose the Basic Event Ticket option.
Name the Campaign
The next step is to rename the Production to something more relatable to you.
Add a schedule
We can edit the default schedule to a more appropriate date and time, and so we can issue tickets for testing.
Note: You can add as many date/times as you like, to fit with your event/venue schedule.
Click on "Event Setup" and click on the "Schedule" tab
First use the delete icon to delete the default occurrence, then click on the +Occurrence button.
Change the dates and times to suit your event.
Next add the venue
Select a venue from your list of saved venues, or add a new venue. If you have a set number of seats you can add this also, leaving it blank will allow unlimited seats.
Click "Save" when done
Test
You can issue yourself an Event Ticket to install into your Apple or Google Wallet and follow the progress of your design, and see how each change affects the card in your wallet.
Issue an Event Ticket
Navigate to the Tickets list and click on "Add"
Add the details to the form and click "Add" when done. We just need to select the Event Time and Ticket Type for testing.
