Introduction
To ensure a completely seamless and branded experience for your customers, PassKit offers the option to remove the subtle "powered by PassKit" branding that appears on our standard Data Collection Pages (also known as PassKit Enrollment Forms) and Pass Landing Pages (Pass URLs). This allows your brand to remain the sole focus, maintaining full brand consistency throughout the user journey.
What Does This Service Do?
This feature specifically removes the "powered by PassKit" text or logo from:
Data Collection Pages (Enrollment Forms): These are the web pages where users might input information to receive a digital pass.
Pass Landing Pages (Pass URLs): These are the web pages that display the digital pass before it's added to a mobile wallet.
By removing this branding, every touchpoint related to your digital pass campaign will be fully aligned with your brand's identity.
How to Enable the Removal of 'Powered by PassKit'
Enabling this feature is a straightforward process that requires a direct request from you. Unlike custom domain setups, this does not involve changes to your DNS records (like CNAME or TXT records).
Here's how it works:
Customer Request: You simply need to contact PassKit support and explicitly request the removal of the "Powered by PassKit" branding for your live projects.
Confirmation & Setup: Our support team will confirm your request and proceed with the necessary manual setup.
Completion: Once the setup is complete, the specified Data Collection Pages and Pass Landing Pages will no longer display the "powered by PassKit" branding.
