This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to create a membership card using the wizard.
Want to create a membership card for your program? Our wizard makes it super easy! Here's a step-by-step guide to help you get started:
Step 1: From the homepage, click on the "Create New" button.
Step 2: Select “Membership” and click on the “Create” button
Step 3: Now it's time to give your program a name and add a description. When you’ve done this, click "Next" to move on.
If you need to go back a step, just click "Back" and if you prefer to skip this step, click "Skip and Review".
Step 4: On the next page is where you set the expiry and point settings for your new card. You can always change these later, so don't worry too much about it.
Step 5: Next, upload your logo and choose a background colour for your membership card. You can also add an optional image (thumbnail) for the membership pass.
Step 6: Select the information you wish to display on your pass. You can always modify this later. These will be the fields you want to show on your pass.
Click on “Next” to proceed.
Step 7: If you choose to add tiers to your program, select your Base Tier Name and Base Tier Id (optional). When you are satisfied, click on ‘Finish’.

Step 8: On the next page you will see the designer, from here you can make changes to the design, changing colours, text and field positions and the barcode settings. Google Wallet and Apple Wallet have different design characteristics, and you can switch between the two different designs.
Step 9: To rearrange the fields on your loyalty card, click and hold one, then drag it to the desired location. The card will automatically adjust to the new arrangement. To finish, click on "Save" in the top right corner.
