How to update payment details in the billing section

Introduction

Keep your payment details up to date to ensure uninterrupted service. Follow these steps to update and verify your payment method in the billing section.

Steps to Update & Verify Payment Details

Navigate to Billing

  • Login to the PassKit Portal

  • Click on the dropdown menu at the top right corner of the screen

  • Select "billing" from the dropdown options

Access Payment Method Settings

  • Locate for the "Payment Method" section

  • Click the three dots (⋯) next in the top right

  • Choose "Edit Payment Method" from the dropdown

Enter New Payment Details

  • Fill in your new payment information.

  • Click "SAVE" to confirm the changes.

Verify the Update Was Successful

  • Return to the "Payment Method" section.

  • Check that the last 4 digits of the card now match your new payment method.

Done! Your payment method is now updated. If the changes aren’t reflected or you encounter issues, contact our support team for help.
