Terminology
Data Collection Form
Also known as the Enrolment Form. This is a form used to collect data from your users before the Membership Card is issued.
Distribution Tab
The distribution page contains the welcome email settings , enrolment settings and form URL/QR Code.
Distribution Link
A URL or QR code that provides direct access to download or obtain a pass without navigating through additional pages.
Enrolment
The process where pass holders provide necessary information during signup, which can be disabled for a more streamlined acquisition.
Opting Out of the Enrolment Form
Choosing to skip the registration form can streamline the download process and enhance the user's experience by:
Accelerating the pass acquisition.
Simplifying the interaction for pass holders.
This option is suitable if:
You do not require any information from the pass holder at the time of signup as no personal information from the user will be collected
Membership and Loyalty Design Passes
Navigate to the Data Enrolment Form Designer
Click on the Distribution Tab along the top of the dashboard
Turn on enrolment for the tier
Click on the edit button
Delete all the fields from the form
For each field in the pass click on them and then click delete to remove them from the form, make sure you have changed them to not required before deleting
Save the form
(Membership Only) Remove the profile picture from the pass
Click on the Settings Tab along the top of the dashboard
Click on Program Settings from the options on the left
Scroll down to the Profile image settings
Check the "Remove option for a profile image from members when they enroll" option
Save the updated settings
Check the Distribution Link
Click on the Distribution Tab
Then click on the Share button
Copy the url or scan the QR code to check that it skips the landing page
Coupon Design Passes
Navigate to the Data Enrolment Form Designer
Click on the Distribution Tab along the top of the dashboard
Then turn on enrolment for the tier
Click on the edit button

Then click on the Share button

FAQs
What if i want to add information later on?
If needed, you can reintroduce fields to the Data Collection Form and update existing passes either through API calls or directly in the dashboard.
'Missing Required Field' Error but the field is not on the pass
If you get above error please check the data fields section in the pass designer for a field matching the name of the missing one. It may be a 'hidden' field that is only available on your dashboard, not on the pass. To resolve this error delete the field from this section and save the design. Alternatively you can add a default value to the field if you still want to keep it but not fill it in at this time. After picking one of these steps, check the link again.
