Change the Subject, Sender Name and Body Text

PassKit supplies a Welcome Email feature which will automatically send an email containing the users pass link when they enrol in your program.

Welcome Email customization is enabled for Production Accounts only.

Terminology

Welcome Email:

Passkit offers a basic welcome email template for Event Tickets, which can be customised it to fit your branding and text. The email also contains a link to the Event Ticket which is sent as soon as the user is added.

Distribution page:

The distribution page contains the welcome email settings , enrolment settings and form URL/QR Code.

Editor:

The welcome email editor


Enable or Disable the Welcome Email.

To enable or disable the Welcome Email, navigate to the 'Settings' page and click on 'Production Email Settings', and use the toggle to enable or disable the Welcome Email.

NOTE: When the Welcome Email is enabled, this will require the ticket holders email address to be supplied when the ticket is issued

Customize the Content

The editor allows you to personalise various aspects of the email:

  • Subject Line: Grab your attendees attention with a clear and concise subject.

  • Sender Name: Build trust by using a recognizable send name (e.g. your company name).

  • Email Body: Craft a clear and informative message. You can format the text (bold, italic, underline) and include links to relevant.

Keep It Simple!

The purpose of the Welcome Email is to get the reader to click the button and save the pass to their wallet. Keep the text to a minimum and do not use this email for other marketing messages. Shorter emails work best!

Click Save when done.
