Schedule a message to be sent to you users on a specific date and time, useful for upcoming promotions that are date sensitive.
Terminology
Message Title
The main heading or subject line of a push message sent to Apple Wallet and Google Wallet pass holders.
Message Body
The main text content and details of the message delivered to Apple Wallet and Google Wallet pass holders.
Scheduling a Message
Click on New Message at the top right of the screen.
Complete the Title and Message Body
Add the message title, and the message body in the fields provided.
Schedule the Message
Complete the following in the fields below the body.
Timezone - the timezone you wish your schedule to follow.
Display from - The date and time you wish to start showing your message on the pass. Leave blank to send the message immediately.
Display end - The date and time you wish the message to stop showing. Leave blank to keep showing the message indefinitely.
Note: The notification will show once when the message is first received by the pass. The message will then display on the pass until the end date/time is reached.
In my example below, I want the message to show on the pass from 0900hrs 09/09/2026 until 23.59 10/09/2026.
Create the Message
Click on Create Message at the bottom of the page.
When done you can view your message schedule in the Calendar view.
