In order for messages and notifications to show on your Google Wallet pass, the Messages Field needs to be added to the pass design.
Currently the Messaging feature is only available in the Preview Portal
Note: This is only required for Google Wallet passes
Navigate to the designer and select the Google Wallet. Then click the + icon on the design to add a field.
Add the Messages Field to your Google Wallet Design
Locate the Messages Field in the Recommended Fields section and add it to the design.
