This article will explain the different terminology we use when referring the to the creation, issuing and managing Event Tickets.

Production - This refers to the main event. A production can contain multiple Ticket Types, Occurrences and Venues.

Ticket Types - Your Production may have different levels of tickets, for example, Standard, VIP and Concession.

Occurrences - These are different dates/times an event can take place. A festival may take place over a number of days with different tickets available over those days for example.

Venue - This is where the production is taking place, you may have multiple venues showing this production.
