This guide will take you through the expiry settings of Loyalty cards and explain how each option works.
You can set the expiry date in the tier settings
You can select one of the following options:
Does not expire
Fixed period after enrolment
Expires on a fixed date
Expiry date provided on issue
If you select “Does not expire”, your loyalty pass does not expire and remains valid for life.
If you select “Fixed period after enrolment”, you need to set a specific number of days that the pass remains valid after the user enrolls.
If you select “Expires on a fixed date”, you need to set the exact day, month and year the pass will expire.
Select “Expiry date provided on issue” if you are using the API or CSV import function.
