If your account has been suspended, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request the activation of your account.
When making your request, please provide us with your email address or the username that you used when you registered for your PassKit account.
Once we receive your request, we will review your account within 24 hours and notify you of any outstanding invoices that need to be paid. If there are any unpaid invoices, your account will be placed on probation.
Once any outstanding payments have been collected, you can resubscribe to PassKit, and your account will be unlocked, allowing you to use it normally.
