If you have forgotten your password please click on the 'Forgot Your Password' link from the PassKit Portal login page.

You'll then be prompted to enter your username.

Make sure you enter your username and not your email address.

PLEASE NOTE: the username is case sensitive - so please make sure you enter your username exactly as you signed up.

Once you have entered your username then click on the button 'SEND RESET INSTRUCTIONS'.

You will receive an email to your registered email address with instructions how to reset your password.
